I am not sure whether NYC has more Sushi bar than Chicago, but Chicago has bunch of fancy Sushi bars near north area, especially in Lincoln Park. I tried some small cafe over there, and would give triple A on some of them. This weekends, I will try out Ethan's Cafe ( http://www.yelp.com/biz/ethans-cafe-chicago-2), I called them, the guy told me $28 / person ( 18% gratitude tips and 10% tax included) for SUSHI BUFFET. i like the deal~
